Assemble at Changi International Airport for a pleasant flight to Sydney.

Upon arrival, meet and greet by our local representative. Transfers to Australia wine producing region – Hunter Valley. A relaxing day at the Aussie countryside to breath in fresh air and engage in some DIY activities. Enroute Bimbadeen Lookout for a bird eye view of the beautiful Hunter Valley countryside, before arriving Hunter Valley Resort. Greeted by our vineyard host. Be guided and learn the trick of creating a pizza. In the afternoon, a short visit to 2 region produces. Visit Hunter Valley Chocolate Company, an opportunity purchase locally made chocolate. See the cheese makers at work at Binnorie Cheese Factory, also cheese sampling . Following a vineyard inspection and wine tasting session with the cellmaster. In the evening, enjoy the traditional Aussie BBQ dinner.

Rise and shine. Drive to Port Stephen. Embark on a Dolphin Watch Cruise (subject to prevailing weather condition.) on the Pacific waters, searching for wild bottlenose dolphins in their natural habitat. Watch seagulls making their flights across the sky. (During June – September, there will be opportunity to spot the whales too.) Served with western buffet lunch during the cruising. In the afternoon, enjoy 4WD Sand Dunes Safari Tour where you can try Sandboarding on sand dunes as high as 30 metres. Visit Oakvale Wildlife Park which is set on 25 acres of natural bushland. Get up close and personal with native Australia animals and experience feeding animals such as kangaroos, camels and baby farm animals. See native Australian animals such as Tasmanian devils, wombats, dingoes, kangaroos, koalas and other animals such as alpacas, ring-tailed lemurs, goats, sheep, rabbits, alligators, ostriches, etc.

After breakfast, spend a relaxing day at Blue Mountains National Park. Enjoy panoramic stunning views of the rugged cliffs and deep forested valleys. See the charming township of Katoomba and make a stop at Echo Point to see the famous Three Sisters Rock formation. At Scenic World, embark on Scenic Skyway to come up closed and personal with Three Sisters. Descend to Jamison Valley on Scenic Cableway. See Orphan Rock, Mount Solitary and Katoomba Falls. Conquer the steepest inclined Scenic Railway with glass roof, passing through rainforest and spectacular Jamison Valley. Visit Waradah Aboriginal Centre, a place that proudly celebrates the indigenous culture, art and dance of the Aboriginals. Participants will be invited to learn and join the dance.

Continue to vibrant Sydney. Visit Sydney Fish Market which is the largest seafood market in the Southern Hemisphere. You may try the delicious seafood (own expense) fresh from the ocean. At Sydney Harbour, see the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Take a flight across the skyline of this lifetime. A 15-minutes scenic sightseeing seaplane to fly across the world’s most beautiful Sydney Harbour, seeing the iconic Opera House, Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay, Sydney Tower etc. Explore Pitt Street Mall with wide range of shops and eateries. Watch and amused by the street entertainers. Ascend Sydney Tower at dusk, enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner, while observing the city lighting up slowly. See the illuminated Opera House and Harbour Bridge. A perfect place to see the city skyline.

After breakfast, enjoy last minute shopping at Paddy’s Market, Chinatown and Darling Harbour. Bid farewell to this beautiful country before transferring to the airport for your flight home. We hope you had an exciting holiday with CS Travel and thank you for your support!
