Begin your vacation with a morning flight to Haneda/Narita (Tokyo).
Upon arrival, meet and greet by local representative. Depart for beautiful Nikko, visit the world most famous Toshugu Shrine, also an UNESCO Heritage Site. It is a gorgeous complex of colorful structures featuring the superb craftsmanship of Japan’s 17th century artisans. Next, drive on Irohazaka’s zigzag driveway (subject to weather conditions) up the mountain where we will stop over to visit the stunning Kegon Falls and over view the beautiful Lake Chuzenji. Visit Ryuoko, cross the suspension bridge and see stream water running down the Kinugawa River. Visit Ashikaga Flower Park (15 – 25 Apr 2019 only / subject weather condition) which has the largest wisteria garden with more than 350 trees, a spectacular attraction during spring time.
NOTE: In the event of poor weather conditions (rain, snow etc), the narrow Irohazaka’s zigzag driveway maybe risky to travel, thus there will be no replacement.
After breakfast, drive towards Gunma. Visit Gunma Fruit Farm where you can pick and take away various fruits that are in season (subject to weather conditions). Continue to the famous “Silk Falls” – The Shiraito Falls with its 70 meters long of fine, silky, sexy strands of groundwater fall like threads from the rock face. Continue to Matsumoto, a beautiful city where running river resides below Japan Alps. See magnificent Matsumoto Castle (entrance fee excluded), Japan’s oldest wooden castle and one of four castles designated National Treasures. Stroll down Nawate-dori (Frog Street), where many stone frogs decorated the street with about 50 shops selling souvenirs, antiques, candies, pastries, etc. Continue to wasabi farm, understand the the farming of mustard from the natural purest spring water.
An exciting day awaits – The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route has a distance of 86km and goes from Nagano Ogisawa (1433 metres above sea level) – Tateyama Station. Only authorized transportation are permitted to operate in the Tateyama National Park. The 6 different scenic public transportation offering different experiences are as follows:

|5||Tateyama Highland Bus||From Murodo, a 50-minute Tateyama Highland Bus will take you to Bijodaira. See the famous Shomyo Waterfalls, the famous 18-metre snow corridor and possible sea of clouds.||977 metres|

Upon arriving Tateyama Station, embark on our touring coach to Kanazawa. Visit Higashi Chaya-Gai, where the slatted wooden facades of geisha houses in this narrow street are romantically preserved.
Rise and shine, visit Kenroku-en Garden, ranked as Japan’s top three gardens. The name refers to a renowned garden from China’s Sung Dynasty that requires 6 attributes for perfection: seclusion, spaciousness, artificiality, antiquity, abundant water and broad view. See the majestic Kanazawa Castle. Continue to Shirakawa-go Ogimachi Gassho Village. This tranquil mountain village of 113 buildings has been registered in 1995 as part of the World Heritage. Its architectural structure known as “gassho-zukuri” (a house with a thatched gable roof, so named because of its shape resembling hands clasped in prayer: “gassho”), steeply sloping at an angle of 60 degrees for protection against heavy snowfall in winter. Continue to Old Castle Town “Takayama”, also known as Little Kyoto. Take a stroll at the narrow street of San-machi (the old street of Takayama); it still retains the elegance of an Edo period township of 400 years ago. Rickshaws are wheeled throughout the town.
After breakfast, drive to Mie Prefecture. Visit Ise Grand Shrine, the most important of all shrines; dedicated to the Sun God. Shrine is connected by a wooden bridge standing above a running stream, surrounded by forest. Also find an ancient street – Okage Yokocho, lining up with many traditional shophouses, restaurants and teahouses. Also see the spectacular sacred Meotoiwa, the “Married Couple Rock” standing in the sea. In the evening, arrive at Osaka to explore the shopping and eating paradise “Shinsaibashi” and “Dotombori”. See the colourful illuminated neon signboards by the Dotombori Canals, with their mirror reflections in the water. Occasionally, a small cruise boat will pass by.
